New Holland, PA - February 19, 2013 - Rutt HandCrafted Cabinetry announced today that the company will be collaborating with renowned designer Scott A. Stultz in creating a new design themed cabinet system. Details of the style are being withheld at this time but a third quarter 2013 introduction is planned.

New Holland, PA - August 27, 2012 - When the time came to select the cabinetry for their most recent project home, the team from the popular home improvement show Hometime turned to Rutt HandCrafted Cabinetry. Award winning Kitchen Designer and Authorized Rutt Dealer Chris Berry of brooksBerry Associates in St. Louis, MO guided show host Dean Johnson through the design process and material selections for the large kitchen space. Then Dean and other members of the Hometime crew made the trip to Pennsylvania and spent a full day capturing footage of cabinetry being built at the Rutt factory. The goal was to provide Hometime viewers insight on exactly what qualifies a kitchen cabinet manufacturer as a true producer of “custom” cabinetry.

Rutt is honored to have been selected by Hometime for this project and equally as honored have had the opportunity to share our facility with the Hometime viewers.

New Holland, PA  - February 23, 2012 - Designers Sue Shinneman and Katie Ott of Kitchen Studio: Kansas City, with more than 24 years of combined industry experience, partner with Rutt Handcrafted Cabinetry as the exclusive cabinetry providers for the 2012 Home of Distinction.

The 2012 Home of Distinction features a variety of cabinet styles and finishes throughout the many rooms of the 18,000+ square foot residence. Rutt cabinetry will grace several spaces including the garage, master wardrobes, wine room, and of course the main kitchen! The home will be on tour later this Spring.

New Holland, PA  - May 19, 2011 - A grand town house originally built in 1870 at East 63rd Street in Manhattan is the site of the 39th Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House. Designer and longtime RUTT Design Partner Regina Bilotta, co-owner of Bilotta Kitchens was called upon to design the kitchen for this chic and historic residence. 

The 2011 Kips Bay kitchen and butler’s pantry feature a mix of materials and colors that create a warm inviting family space for intimate dining, but also works for large catered parties in this significant East Side townhouse. Regina’s use of copper sets the tone. You’ll see it as the main countertop with an integral sink, in the textured wall finish and in the table settings. The mix of copper with polished chrome and stainless steel, RUTT cabinetry in linen paint with a coppery glaze, concrete table tops and marble counters, not to mention a bold mix of three distinctive backsplashes and two unique lighting styles, all give a contemporary edge to an otherwise traditional space.

The certification has been granted by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) who is accredited by the FSC to certify companies to their international standards. FSC Chain of Custody Certification means that a company meets strict tracking requirements for ensuring products sold as FSC-certified originate from a well-managed forest.
